Randy Wise
Dealer Owner
Randy has spent his entire professional career in the automotive industry. Growing up in Waterford, it was a business that always appealed to him. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan in 1970, he began his career in the auto industry with a wonderful working relationship with Al Serra. Randy has been instrumental in over 50 local and national charities such as Easter Seals, The United Way, Athena International, Fenton Community Center and Hurley Hospital. He has made a strong commitment to improving the Flint area, working with numerous schools in the county. In addition, he is a significant contributor to The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Professionally, Randy was recognized with the Time Quality Dealer of the Year in 2012, served as the president of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association in 2014, and currently serves the association as a Director-At-Large. People, attitude and fun are what truly make this business work, according to Randy. Once you have the right people with the right attitude, everything else falls into place. No company ever succeeded on negativity, and Randy constantly pushes this message across all of his dealerships.
Chris Wise
Vice President
Chris Wise, a Grand Blanc native, earned his degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2000. He began his career in investment banking in Chicago before returning to Michigan to join Randy Wise and complete the National Automobile Dealer Academy in 2005. With extensive experience across all areas of dealership operations, Chris has held leadership roles managing Lincoln/Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Randy Wise Toyota locations. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Randy Wise Automotive Group, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. A committed community leader, Chris currently serves on the board of the United Way of Genesee County and has previously served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint and the Flint Cultural Center Corporation.
Kyle Canada

I’ve spent the last 15 years in business helping people find opportunities to make a difference. Family has always been the center of my life. I have been married to my lovely wife Penny for 34 years. We are proud parents to our 3 sons: Chris, Drew, and Merrick. We are also proud grandparents of 5 grandchildren: Francis, Callahan, William, Fin, and Joanna. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, and cheering on U of M sports.

With 21 years of experience in sales and marketing, I take pride in helping grow the success and reputation of Randy Wise Automotive Team through strong relationships, creative marketing, and community involvement. One of the things I enjoy most about working for Randy Wise, is being part of an organization that not only focuses on selling vehicles, but also believes in giving back to the community. Outside of work, I’m a proud Mom of three and enjoy spending time with family and friends, camping, traveling, and attending country concerts whenever I can.

With nearly 12 years in the automotive industry, I've had the opportunity to build a career centered on strong relationships, continuous growth, and meaningful experiences. After earning my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & Administration from Northwood University, I've continued to grow both professionally and personally through the leadership, mentorship and connections I've gained along the way. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been the opportunity to give back to the community through the generosity and leadership of the Wise Family. It is incredibly meaningful to be part of a team that believes in supporting the community. Outside of work, I'm a proud wife and mother to a beautiful baby girl, along with our two dogs who keep life fun and busy. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my family and relaxing with a good book.
Larry White

With over 40 years in the automotive industry, I’ve built my career across every department. Starting as a Parts Driver, I advanced through roles including Parts Counter, Service Advisor, Sales & Leasing Manager, Finance Manager, and General Sales Manager. After completing the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Dealer Academy, I was promoted to General Manager, a role I’ve proudly held for the past 30 years. I’m passionate about the automotive business and take pride in helping customers find the right vehicle solutions while building strong teams that deliver exceptional service and results.

I have worked with the Randy Wise Team since January 2018. The best part about being a part of the Randy Wise Team is the family atmosphere, great co-workers. My wife Christine and I have been married since September 2011, together we have four children. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy football and golfing in my free time.

Graduating from Bay City Central with the class of 1999, I spent the next 7 years after high school serving in the United States Army. I have spent the last 17 years holding multiple positions in the Automotive Business. My #1 goal is customer satisfaction and team growth. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children being outdoors as much as possible.
